NC Supreme Court election dispute to go before three-judge panel this month
The Court of Appeals decided not to hear the case as a full body. The dispute will now go before a three-judge panel. Judge Tom Murry, who gave to Griffin's legal defense fund, won't hear the case.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals on Friday delivered a mixed set of orders on Friday, giving one piece of good news for Democrats and one win for Republicans in an ongoing Supreme Court election dispute.
