Rob Davis has informed state officials that he won’t accept an appointment to the State Bar Disciplinary Hearing Commission.
Davis, a friend and former law school classmate of House Speaker Tim Moore who has served as a county attorney for Robeson since July 2019, declined to join the body that disciplined him months before he was appointed.
