The North Carolina State Board of Elections votes to recognize RFK Jr.’s political party for the 2024 presidential ballot on Tuesday, July 16.

On Tuesday, the North Carolina State Board of Elections voted 4-1 to approve Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s We the People Party, paving the way for the third-party presidential candidate to be on voters’ ballots in November.

But it wasn’t good news for all presidential candidates, as the board voted along party lines to reject the petition for Cornel West’s Justice for All Party.
