RFK Jr. to appear on NC ballot; Cornel West petition rejected
The North Carolina State Board of Elections voted to approve RFK Jr.'s We the People Party, but rejected Cornel West's Justice for All Party.

On Tuesday, the North Carolina State Board of Elections voted 4-1 to approve Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s We the People Party, paving the way for the third-party presidential candidate to be on voters’ ballots in November.
But it wasn’t good news for all presidential candidates, as the board voted along party lines to reject the petition for Cornel West’s Justice for All Party.
