New redistricting lawsuit filed contesting legislative, congressional maps

Two voting access groups are suing over all three voting maps lawmakers enacted this year. It’s the third redistricting lawsuit, second challenge to the U.S. House and state Senate map and first challenge to the state House map.
All three lawsuits are made at the federal effort, an apparent effort to bypass the state’s new Republican-controlled Supreme Court.
