During a meeting on Tuesday, the State Board of Elections voted to add Trump to the primary ballot and not consider a candidacy challenge.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections on Tuesday allowed former President Donald Trump to appear on the March 5 primary ballot, but said it lacked the authority to consider a challenge to the former president’s candidacy.
