10 early bills to watch as NC legislative session begins

From Helene recovery to shortening the early voting period to stripping Democrats of power to keeping phones out of school classrooms, there's a lot to unpack.

Ten days ago, North Carolina lawmakers were able to file policy bills. And since then, 133 have emerged (70 in the House and 63 in the Senate).

Here are 10 of the ones I think you should know about:
