Another college basketball season is in the books. Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Anderson Alerts bracket challenge! And if you didn’t win, hopefully we can run this back next year…
The topline takeaways: Never take any sports betting advice from me or Western Carolina University political scientist Chris Cooper. We got outclassed by North Korean Supreme Leader King Jong Un (at least that’s what the leaderboard says).
This year’s contest saw 20 entries for the men’s tournament and eight for the women’s tournament. I finished at an abysmal 19th and 6th place, respectively. But rest assured Anderson Alerts readers, I’ll be working overtime so that I can restore my reputation as your go-to sports guru.
This year’s winners will receive complimentary all-access subscriptions ranging from 1-3 months.
