Bill repealing NC pistol permit law, allowing concealed carry at churches on school property heads to Cooper

Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed similar measures in 2021. The House on Wednesday approved a bundled gun bill in hopes that the pistol permit repeal will ultimately become law over the governor's objection.
