A preliminary review shows many of the 260 voters stand to have their ballots wrongly removed. The North Carolina Court of Appeals is expected to soon direct elections officials to toss out the votes.
The only “quick” remedy I can think of is that one of these people,or more,need to sue the state board of elections and or the North Carolina Supreme Court.
How are they going to identify which ballots to throw out if we have a secret ballot vote?
Duh - What is the purpose of absentee ballots having an inner secrecy envelope if not so that the election workers who open the mail don't know how you voted since the inner envelopes are opened later?
Doesn't that mean North Carolina election officials are illegally mapping ballots to voters and violating the secret ballot?
Why hasn't the winning judge demanded that they every ballot in the state that meets the same criteria also be thrown out and not just the ballots the loser "cherry picked" from Democratic counties?
Don't all the other races on the same ballot have to thrown out and those races recounted?
Why can't everyone see that these questions needs to be answered like I can?
